Preparations
All valve components used for vacuum service are de-burred to a high standard and specifically
cleaned to remove any trace of oil, grease or hydrocarbon materials prior to assembly. Vacuum
service valve assembly is carried out in a high quality clean environment by trained personnel
and adequate handling equipment, to ensure that no ingress of grease or dust remains inside
the valve.
Only approved lubricants, comptabile with vacuum service valves are applied. Valve is line and
shell tested in clean environment, using pure Nitrogen.
Packing
Following assembly and tests, High Vacuum service valve are then bagged and sealed in
Polyethylene bags with silica gels packs. The bags are clearly marked with “Prepared for Vacuum
Service” label.
